Heat Transfer Fluid Management

HEAT TRANSFER FLUID MANAGEMENT

We offer our Own G-THERM K™ line of premium synthetic organic heat transfer fluids. G-THERM represent an exceptional array of heat transfer fluids for use in applications between -62°C to 405C.

Over time, all heat transfer fluids degrade. In the early stages of degradation, fluid viscosity rises, heat transfer declines, fluids darken, and odor intensifies. In more advanced state of fluid degradation , fluid viscosity rises and more sharply and think tar or residues build up in system vessels and piping, Once this occurs efficiency drops off more rapidly as pumps work harder, and residues foul heat transfer surfaces.

Our Solutions

Reclaim the degraded fluids

Through our “Clear Value Reclaim and Return Program” customer send us their degraded heat transfer fluids. We remove those contaminants responsible for degraded performance and then return what’s left. Fluids reclaimed in this way perform as new, dramatically extending fluid use-life and saving upto 75% over the cost or virgin replacement fluid.

Selling the reclaimed fluids

For those interested in purchase in reclaimed heat transfer fluids, but who currently have none to recycle, we offer a wide range of commercially available heat transfer fluids that have already been reclaimed, are delivered from inventory and typically cost about 30% less than virgin alternatives.

Buying the degraded fluids

If you have degraded heat transfer fluids, but don’t need replacement fluid or prefer not to use reclaimed materials, we offer a variety of virgin heat transfer fluids and will generally purchase your degraded fluid to help offset the cost of your new fluid purchase.
